ALL SALES ARE FINAL, Discrepancies of any kind are to be   handled between the buyer/seller.  We are a sales agent only.

       $51 thru $500
  TACK & EQUIPMENT  (per item)           7%
$501 and over

  NO SALE FEE ON TACK ITEMS, BUGGIES,
  WAGONS & MACHINERY $51 AND OVER WILL BE
  CHARGED THE SAME COMMISSIONS ON THE LAST BID

Camping Fee
$10 per night per unit, for all
camping on the grounds.  Please
pay in the office when you arrive. 
A sticker for your windshield
will be issued as your receipt.
Please Note, No Dogs in sale areas,
(seeing eye & handicap companion dogs only)
Also, No 4-wheelers or golf carts
(with the exception of the handicapped)
We've had to ask that you leave your 4-wheelers
and golf carts at home, due to the huge number of them
that were starting to accumulate.  It was becoming
somewhat of a hazard for those customers on foot.
