EARLY CONSIGNMENT FEES ARE $10.00 PER HEAD, (5 OR MORE, $50.00)

Please NOTE the early consignment fee is to be submitted with this form and is non-refundable. The reserve (consignment) fee entitles the above consignor a pre-designated number, along with an on-line listing of his/her consignment (s). When checking in your animal, day of sale, please remember to advise all check-in staff that you have a reserve number for your horse.

DEADLINE FOR PRE-CONSIGNMENTS for the April, 2012, Horse Sale is Friday, April 6, 2012.

·   Conditions: CWHS (Central Wisconsin Horse Sale) acts as an agent only and is not responsible for buyer/seller error or

·     misunderstanding.

·    All guarantees are strictly between the buyer and seller. Horses will be sold as registered only if the papers and

       transfers are furnished to CWHS before the sale of the horse. The commission will be 8% of the selling price

       (minimum $25) – Consignor has the privilege to no sale (pass-out) his horse. If a horse is no-saled, a No-Sale Fee of $35

       must be paid day of sale. No horse will be released from the barn unless the No-Sale Fee is paid.

 ·    All consignments must go through the sale ring. No trading horses out back.
