Conditions: CWHS acts as an agent only and is not  responsible for buyer/seller error or misunderstanding.  All guarantees are
strictly between the buyer and seller. Horses will be sold as registered only if the papers and transfers are furnished to
CWHS before the sale of the horse.  The commission will
be 8% of the selling price (minimum $25).  Consignor has the privilege to no sale his horse.  If a horse is no-saled, the
charges will be, the no-sale fee ($35).

  **All checks will be mailed
within 10 days of sale date.
All consignments must go through the sale ring. 
Please no trading horses out back. 

RESERVE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
